I help people in public services make things better for the people they support.

I am a freelance facilitator and consultant. Since 2012 I have been working across public services with statutory organisations (national and local governments, public bodies and public boards) and voluntary organisations (charities, not-for-profits and universities).

I curate processes in physical or digital spaces, that enable people to figure things out and make things better… for themselves, their teams, and their service users and communities. Social change, baby! My toolkit centres around relational approaches, collaboration, meaningful engagement, co-design, involvement and co-production, compassionate communication, and inclusive facilitation.

I am based near Cardiff, in South Wales (UK), and I work primarily across Wales with some projects in England and internationally.
