Occasionally, in order to reflect, learn and change, we need the space and time to just be. In this culture of relentless productivity and continuous growth, it can be hard to carve out moments in which to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, breathe, and allow our thoughts to expand.
Space to be: nature and mindfulness
I offer a day-long workshop, designed for teams and groups as a well-being day, away day, team building day – or effectively a combination of all three.
Sessions are always tailored to the group’s context and needs, and I draw on a range of practices to help participants slow down, connect with themselves and each other, and reflect. The setting is always surrounded by plants and wildlife: we re-ground ourselves through our connection to nature.
It is a delight to be able to combine my current work supporting public service teams through transformation, with years of personal study and practice in the fields of meditation, mindfulness, movement, agnostic spirituality, mind and body healing, personal development – and my life-long love for nature and the living world. In the past I have run creative retreats in West Wales, weaving movement meditation with creative practice in a setting at the heart of forest and streams.
This is a new offer and I am still finding the words to describe it, as well as collecting feedback and testimonials. If this sparks your interest, get in touch and I can tell you more!
