I help people in public services make things better for the people they support.
I am a freelance facilitator and consultant. Since 2012 I have been working across public services with statutory organisations (national and local governments, public bodies and public boards) and voluntary organisations (charities, not-for-profits and universities).
I curate processes in physical or digital spaces, which enable people to figure things out and make things better… for themselves, their teams, and their service users and communities. Social change, baby! My focus is on relational approaches, team dynamics, inclusive organisational cultures, partnership working and collaboration, meaningful engagement, involvement and co-production, stakeholder dialogue, restorative communication and conflict resolution. My facilitation approach subtly (or explicitly when needed) addresses power dynamics, promotes inclusion and diversity, and builds or repairs connections, understanding and trust.
I am based near Cardiff, in South Wales (UK), and I work primarily across Wales with some projects in England and internationally.
My name is Noreen Blanluet, my pronouns are she/her or they/them.
It’s nice to meet you. Hello!
