Who: Llais, Wales’ citizen voice body for health and social care (a public services organisation that ensures that the voice of patients and public inform health and social care services in Wales).
The brief: To join Alyson Thomas, the CEO of Llais, in discussion for an episode of the new podcast which will be released in early 2026. I brought my experience and perspectives on co-production and engagement, working in complexity, and improving public services through putting people at the heart of decision-making.
Update: The episode is 43 minutes long, and has now been released on the Llais website, as well as on YouTube and Spotify. The website also includes a BSL version.
