At work:
- The new website co-production project took the spotlight this week, as it needs frontloading with a big push to put things in place (online workshops and making arrangements to speak with beneficiaries of partner organisations). This took most of my focus to get the ball rolling, from next week it will be more of a maintenance phase.
- Social care engagement project and co-production resources project – did a bit on both to keep them ticking over and will ramp up next week.
Deliverables this week:
- Team business development meetings (design for facilitation) – did some planning and had interim meetings with the client to show my workings (which they are happy with). This is on track for delivery in a few weeks’ time.
Development this week:
- Had a scoping meeting on a new project, supporting a team to resolve internal tensions and build better working relationships. This will be very interesting and a lovely change of focus and pace relative to the engagement projects I’ve been doing a lot of lately. A nice addition to the mix.
At home:
- I said goodbye to my precious, brave boy. He was due in for another blood test on Thursday morning but he worsened so much in the few days preceeding, that it was time. The vet was so good with him, and with me, and I’ll be eternally grateful for kind and caring professionals who advise, support and accompany through these big life milestones.
